OVERNIGHT TECH: Net neutrality vote coming Wednesday

Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.) said the GOP wants to cut funding for PBS due to a “vendetta against Elmo.”

The Supreme Court ruled AT&T isn’t a person; Chief Justice John Roberts said he hopes the telecom giant won’t take it personally.

The Senate continued debate on patent reform; author Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) said he expects a vote on Wednesday at the latest.
