Issa unveils hashtag for online piracy effort

SOPA and PROTECT IP have garnered significant bipartisan support thanks in part to the strong backing of the entertainment and retail industries. The alternate proposal has been circulated in draft form and will be unveiled on a new website on Thursday in hopes of soliciting public input.
