News bites: Following Twitter, Square exploring IPO

As Twitter goes public, mobile payment service Square — another company from Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey — is exploring an IPO, The Wall Street Journal reports.

Google says its mystery floating barge will likely be “an interactive space where people can learn about new technology,” The New York Times reports.

To find vulnerabilities, Facebook and Microsoft are offering cash for Internet hacking, according to The Next Web.

Google employees speak out against the NSA after reports that the agency infiltrated the company’s data centers, Reuters reports.
