News bites: EU wants more concessions from Google in search probe

Google is looking to launch an online TV service that would stream traditional TV programming, according to The Wall Street Journal.

Intellectual Ventures may run into the Federal Trade Commission’s crosshairs as it conducts a sweeping review of the patent system, The New York Times writes.
