Another union for transit workers, the Transport Workers Union Local 100 in New York, sued this weekend to bar city officials from using public transportation buses to move around protestors arrested for participating in the demonstrations.
A judge ruled the city had the right to use the buses to arrests because of a provision in the hand book for New York City bus drivers that says they can be used to assist police.
