Airline suspending flights to Libya

{mosads}Security conditions in Libya has been the focus of international scrutiny since a Sept. 11, 2012, attack on the U.S. embassy in Benghazi that left four American citizens dead, including former U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens.

Lufthansa previously canceled flights to Tripoli, which is Libya’s capital city, in 2011 following the uprising against the country’s former leader, Muammar Gaddafi.
