Senate reschedules aviation safety hearing
{mosads}FAA Administrator Michael Huerta, National Transportation Safety Board Chairwoman Deborah Hersman, Government Accountability Office Director of Civil Aviation Issues Gerald Dillingham, and Department of Transportation Assistant Inspector General Jeff Guzzetti are scheduled to testify.
The hearing will be NTSB chairwoman Hersman’s first appearance on Capitol Hill since she was floated as a potential replacement for Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood, who has announced he is retiring this year.
The meeting will be chaired by Sen. Jay Rockefeller (D-W.Va.).
