The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is proposing quotas for Atlantic bluefin tuna.

Federal Employees:
The agency designed to protect federal employees and promote merit is issuing a rule to give federal agencies more flexibility in a notification requirement.

The Office of Personnel Management is revising the geographical boundaries of its pay-setting system for federal workers paid by the hour.
