Supreme Court adds decision days to calendar

The Supreme Court has added two decision delivery days on Thursday and Friday as it nears the end of its term.

With the added days, the justices now have three days to deliver decisions on seven more cases before the term ends on June 29.

{mosads}Eagerly anticipated decisions on ObamaCare and same-sex marriage are among the decisions coming.

The ObamaCare case is King v. Burwell, in which the court must decide whether the 6.4 million people getting subsidies to buy health insurance through the federal exchanges will be able to continue doing so.

In Obergefell v. Hodges, the court is being asked to decide whether bans on same-sex marriage are constitutional and whether states must recognize same-sex marriages performed legally in other states.
