One of former President Trump’s co-defendants in the Georgia election subversion case filed a new complaint Friday, reiterating his belief that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis (D) began her relationship with prosecutor Nathan Wade before the case began.

A lawyer for Roman filed the motion on Friday, claiming the team had a witness that would refute Willis’s timeline: Wade’s former business associate Terrence Bradley.

If true, the claim would contradict the court filing from the pair, in which they admitted to being in a “personal relationship,” but emphasized it started after Wade joined the case against Trump.

Bradley, according to Roman’s team, has “non-privileged, personal knowledge” that the romantic relationship started even before Willis was appointed as district attorney and thus can rebut Wade’s claim in his affidavit that they began dating in 2022.

A motion filed by Willis’s office earlier this week, however, claimed any relevant information Bradley would have is protected by attorney-client privilege and non-discoverable,” The Washington Post reported.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee is pressed, with the Friday filing, to move ahead with the Feb. 15 hearing to disqualify Wade and Willis from the trial. The motion also contained new details centered on Wade and Willis’ time together, accusing Wade of paying for at least five different trips when they traveled together.

In a court filing last week, an attached affidavit from Wade said both were no more than friends before 2021.

“In 2022, District Attorney Willis and I developed a personal relationship in addition to our professional association and friendship,” Wade wrote.

Both Wade and Willis filed motions this week to crush Roman’s subpoenas.

Roman’s newest motion comes after the longtime Republican operative, who worked on the Trump 2020 campaign, alleged that Wade and Willis had an “improper relationship” that helped them both financially.
