Read: Judge’s $354 million civil fraud decision against Trump
A New York judge on Friday afternoon ordered former President Trump to pay more than $350 million in penalties as part of the civil fraud case focused on the Trump family’s business empire.
The 92-page decision from Judge Arthur Engoron came weeks after closing arguments in the case. Trump frequently tore into the judge and Attorney General Letitia James (D), who brought the case, leading up to the decision.
