The Supreme Court on Thursday granted New York state prosecutors access to President Trump’s tax returns in a landmark decision over presidential immunity from criminal proceedings.
The ruling in Trump v. Vance makes it more likely that the president’s tax returns are eventually made public, though it’s unclear if they would be disclosed before the November general election.
