EPA posts ambitious regulatory agenda
The Environmental Protection Agency is moving forward aggressively with a regulatory agenda targeting climate change, chemical safety reform and clean air and water rules, according to Bloomberg BNA.
Just before Thanksgiving, the White House posted its fall Unified Agenda, a compilation of rulemaking plans from some 60 federal agencies.
The EPA is set to pick up where it left off on ambitious plans to tackle climate change through new emissions controls on power plants, while also moving on a number of chemical safety and other clean air and water rules, Bloomberg BNA’s analysis finds.
