House agency names new regs chief

“Fred has been a tremendous asset to FHFA and I look forward to his leadership in his new role guiding the regulation and supervision of the Federal Home Loan Banks,” DeMarco said. “I am grateful to him for the leadership he displayed as Acting Deputy Director of DSPS and know that he will be an excellent supervisor of the Federal Home Loan Banks going forward.”

{mosads}Prior to joining the agency, Graham was a senior economist with the Federal Housing Finance Board, a predecessor of the FHFA, and as an economist with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.

Graham has taught economics at American University and the University of Texas at Arlington. He holds a Ph.D. From the University of Virginia.
