News bites: Another ObamaCare provision delayed

Mary Jo White, head of the Securities and Exchange Commission, is demanding admissions of misconduct, rather than just settlement payments, from Wall Street’s bad actors, according to The Fiscal Times.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has subpoenaed Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase for documents related to their warehouses for aluminum and other metals, amid complaints about artificially high prices, Bloomberg reports.

The CFTC’s lone Republican member wants Congress to review the derivatives regulator’s enforcement policies, according to Reuters.
