Thursday’s meeting announcements: Neighborhood reinvestment

{mosads}On May 1, the Consumer Product Safety Commission will meet in Bethesda, Md.

On May 6 and 7, the Department of Education’s advisory commission on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders is meeting in the District to review the White House’s efforts.

A portion of the Nuclear Regulatory Commissions’ reactor safeguards advisory committee is meeting in Rockville, Md., on May 8, and another subcommittee will meet on May 8 and 9.

The Bureau of Land Management’s advisory council on Central California is meeting May 10 in Visalia, Calif., and will then proceed to take a field trip to the Case Mountain area. 

The board of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration will hold a conference call on May 16 to work on developing and implementing a unified registration plan for carriers.

On May 22, the Bureau of Land Management’s resource advisory council for Wyoming will meet in Lander, Wyo. The group will tour historic trail sites and discuss the trail management. 

The Forest Service’s advisory committee on Southwest Idaho is meeting May 30 in Boise, Idaho

The Federal Bureau of Investigation’s advisory policy board on criminal justice information systems is meeting June 5 and 6 in Portsmouth, Va.

On July 24 and 25, the Food and Drug Administration’s advisory commission on orthopedic and rehabilitation devices will meet in Gaithersburg, Md., and discuss a number of applications for medical devices.
