Friday’s meeting announcements: Railroad retirement

{mosads}Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) panels on boiling water reactor safeguards and planning and procedures will meet on July 9.

On July 10, advisory committees will meet in Pojoaque, N.M., to review environmental and waste management issues in Northern New Mexico. 

The National Science Foundation’s advisory committee for mathematical and physical sciences is meeting in Arlington, Va., on July 18.

An Energy Department panel on methane hydrate is meeting in Washington on July 16. 

On July 22, an NRC advisory group on reliability will meet in Rockville, Md. 

The NRC’s panel on fire protection and plant operations is meeting on July 24. 

On July 25 and 26, an NRC subcommittee on power rates will meet in Rockville, Md. 

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s office for state, local and tribal governments is meeting and consulting with tribes on Aug. 12 and 13 in Atlanta, Ga. 

On Aug. 27, the Health and Human Services Department is holding a webinar on maternal health. 

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission will hold a technical conference to review its rules on Sept. 25 in Washington.
