A Commerce Department panel on the human genome is meeting in Gaithersburg, Md., on Aug. 15 and 16. 

On Aug. 20, a committee on the electronic monitoring of fish in the Pacific is holding a working session in Portland, Ore.

The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights panel for Oregon is meeting on the afternoon of Aug. 22 in Portland to plan future activities.

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission’s panel on reactor safeguards planning and procedures and reliability will both meet in Rockville, Md., on Sept. 4.

On Sept. 5, the Bureau of Land Management council for Eastern Montana is meeting in Billings. 

A national advisory council for environmental justice is holding a meeting on Sept. 11 and 12 in Atlanta to discuss the Environmental Protection Agency’s 2014 environmental justice plan. 

A Health and Human Services council on transplanting blood stem cells is meeting via conference call on Sept. 13. 

On Sept. 17, a Nuclear Regulatory Commission panel will meet to review part of a safety evaluation report
