The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation is amending its rule on interest assumptions for some private pension plans. 

Secrecy:

The Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board, an independent agency that protects individual rights, wants to outline a way for it to respond to requests under the Freedom of Information Act. 

The Arts:

The National Endowment for the Humanities is proposing guidance to make sure the agency’s financial assistance complies with prohibitions against age discrimination.
