The Federal Communications Commission is issuing a framework for a support program.
Fish:
The National Marine Fisheries Service is establishing requirements for fishing in the Marianas Trench and other areas.
The service also wants to change rules for fishing in the Gulf of Alaska and for catching herring off of New England.
Energy:
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is looking to issue rules to address residual radioactivity around nuclear sites.
