The Environmental Protection Agency wants to strengthen controls on pollution discharges from some steam electric power plants.
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is fixing “miscellaneous corrections” in its rules.
Communications:
The Federal Communications Commission has received a petition to revise its rules on interactions between aircraft and satellites.
