President Biden is slated to award a Medal of Honor, the nation’s highest award for military valor, Tuesday to former Army Capt. Larry L. Taylor — a helicopter pilot — for his heroism during the Vietnam War.
The award ceremony is scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m. EDT.
