The Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs is holding a public hearing Tuesday on the oversight of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The senate hearing will include testimony from Gary Gensler, SEC chairman.

The event is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. EDT.
