Despite his wide-ranging legal problems, Trump is dominating the Republican primary and holds a large lead over his rivals.
He’s expected to hold a rally next week instead of attending the third GOP debate. He already skipped the first two debates.
Trump is expected to speak at 5 p.m. EDT.
