Trump rallies in New Hampshire as primary season looms: Watch live
Former President Trump is making a campaign stop in Durham, N.H., Saturday — just under a month before the Iowa caucuses kickstart the primary voting season.
The event comes as recent polls show Trump, despite his numerous legal battles, leading President Biden and GOP rivals in key swing states that will likely decide the 2024 election. Biden trails the former president in hypothetical match-ups both with and without third-party options on the ballot in several states: Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Arizona, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania.
The former president shared a video of supporters lining up at the venue on his Truth Social account Saturday, as he was set to depart for the early primary state.
“ON MY WAY—SEE YOU SOON!” he captioned the post.
Trump’s is expected to speak at 2 p.m. EST.
