Blinken gives update from Israel after meeting with officials
Secretary of State Antony Blinken is set to deliver remarks after meeting with Israeli leaders Tuesday to discuss the future of Gaza.
Three months into Israel’s war on Palestinian militant group Hamas, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government has projected an ongoing conflict that could well last through the end of 2024.
Blinken has recently called out more hawkish ministers among Israel’s leadership for what he described as a call to completely resettle Palestinians outside of Gaza.
