Watch live: Trump gives remarks on economy in battleground Wisconsin

Former President Trump was back in the critical swing state of Wisconsin on Tuesday afternoon, giving remarks to supporters about the economy.

The event in Waunakee — a suburb of Madison, the state’s capital city — marked the former president’s seventh visit to the battleground state this election cycle and his first to Dane County. His speech will take place in a manufacturing facility.

His last visit to the Badger State came over the weekend, when he took aim at the Biden administration’s policies on immigration and slammed Vice President Harris for her recent border visit. It also comes ahead of a debate between his running mate, Sen. JD Vance (R-Ohio), and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, the Democratic vice presidential nominee.

Trump was scheduled to speak at 2:30 p.m. EDT.
