Listen: Supreme Court considers ‘ghost guns’ regulations

The Supreme Court on Tuesday considered whether federal law allows for the Biden administration’s crack down on “ghost guns,” or self-assembled weapons that are difficult to trace.

The case comes after the Justice Department appealed to the high court following a lower panel decision that invalidated the regulations, siding with a group of firearm owners, gun rights groups and firearm manufacturers that sued over the rules.

The oral arguments were scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. ET.
