Watch live: JD Vance hosts town hall in Pennsylvania

GOP vice presidential hopeful Sen. JD Vance (Ohio) is hosting a town hall in the battleground state of Pennsylvania Saturday evening.

The event, according to the campaign, will focus on the economy and manufacturing. Vance is also expected to target Vice President Harris over her economic agenda.

The latest visit to the Keystone State comes just days after former President Trump, Vance’s running mate, held two campaign events in Pennsylvania, which is seen as a critical state to win in November.

The Hill/Decision Desk HQ’s polling index shows Harris leading Trump in the state by a narrow margin — 48.6 percent to 48 percent.

Earlier Saturday, Vance held a rally in Johnstown, Pa.

The town hall in Reading, Pa., is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. EDT.
