Watch live: JD Vance courts voters in ‘blue wall’ Pennsylvania

Republican vice presidential nominee Sen. JD Vance (Ohio) is campaigning in Pittsburgh Thursday, as the campaign fights to break through the “blue wall” in Pennsylvania.

Vance is expected to hit the Biden-Harris administration on inflation and rising costs — from gas to groceries — and government spending during the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the campaign.

The event comes a day after the Ohio Republican gave remarks in Williamsport, Pa., where he was criticized for leaning into former President Trump’s 2020 election fraud claims.

With less than 20 days until the election, The Hill/Decision Desk HQ’s polling index shows Harris with a narrow lead over Trump in the Keystone State — 48.6 percent to 48.3 percent.

Vance’s remarks are scheduled to begin at 12:30 p.m. EDT.
