Watch: JD Vance rallies voters in Las Vegas

Republican vice presidential nominee Sen. JD Vance (Ohio) rallied voters in the critical swing state of Nevada Wednesday afternoon, as the campaign season enters the final stretch.

Vance’s remarks from Las Vegas were expected to hit Vice President Harris on inflation under the Biden administration and rising home and mortgage prices, according to a campaign release.

The campaign stop came about a week after former President Trump, Vance’s running mate, spoke at a roundtable in the city, vowing to make housing more affordable while appealing to the Latino community.

The Hill/Decision Desk HQ’s polling index in the Silver State shows Trump with a minute lead over Harris in the state — 47.7 percent to 47.4 percent.

The event was scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. EDT.
