Sen. JD Vance (R-Ohio), former President Trump’s running mate, is campaigning in the critical swing state of Nevada Wednesday afternoon.
In his remarks from Reno, Nev., Vance is expected to focus primarily on Trump’s economic proposals, including eliminating taxes on tips. He will also target Vice President Harris over inflation and what the GOP campaign calls the Biden administration’s “radical spending agenda,” according to a press release.
The GOP vice presidential nominee also gave remarks in Las Vegas earlier Wednesday.
With less than two weeks until Election Day, The Hill/Decision Desk HQ’s aggregate of polls shows the former president leading Harris by a razor thin margin in the Silver State — 47.7 percent to 47.4 percent.
The rally is expected to begin at 4:30 p.m. EDT.
