WATCH LIVE: Trump announces Paris climate deal decision

President Trump is announcing his decision Thursday on whether to pull the U.S. out of the Paris climate agreement.
He is scheduled to make the announcement at 3 p.m.

Trump touted the announcement in a Wednesday tweet after months of speculation. He frequently pledged to leave the climate change deal during the campaign. Reports have indicated there are factions inside the White House pressing him to leave the deal and to stay in.
