President Trump is set to hold a press conference on Wednesday afternoon.
{mosads}The press conference comes after Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said Tuesday she will open an impeachment inquiry regarding a July 25 call between Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
The White House released a partial transcript of the call, showing Trump asked Zelensky to work with his personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, and Attorney General William Barr to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden’s role in the firing of a Ukrainian prosecutor.
Trump is scheduled to speak at 4 p.m.
