Watch live: Trump holds joint press conference with Mexican president
President Trump will be joined by Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador and deliver a joint statement to the press Wednesday afternoon.
The remarks follow a signing event earlier Wednesday and come as the Mexican leader makes his first trip to Washington.
The visit marks the implementation of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement on July 1.
The press conference is scheduled for 6:45 p.m. EDT.
