President Biden on Thursday will deliver remarks with Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer after he announced he would be retiring from the bench.
Breyer’s planned retirement was announced on Wednesday. Biden has previously pledged to put a Black woman on the Supreme Court should there be a vacancy.
