Americans for Prosperity, a conservative group backed by the Koch brothers, is launching ads hitting Reps. Rick Nolan (D-Minn.) and Ann McLane Kuster (D-N.H.) for ObamaCare’s faults.
Both ads seek to personalize bigger issues with the program.
{mosads}The ad against Nolan features a man from his district saying how the program ended his health insurance policy.
“I received notice that my current insurance was no longer qualified. I’ve had three heart attacks in the last six years. Healthcare is something that’s essential. My life depends on it,” says Randy Westby in the ad. “Congressman Nolan, ObamaCare needs to be repealed. It was a big lie.”
The other ad is the latest version of one the group has previously used elsewhere, featuring a soft-spoken woman saying ObamaCare “just doesn’t work.”
