Political analyst: Jeb Bush’s chances aren’t ‘overwhelming’ in 2016

Political analyst Kyle Kondik tells The Hill that while Jeb Bush should be considered a favorite among potential Republican presidential candidates in 2016, his chances aren’t “overwhelming.”
