The second debate between Sen. Ted Cruz (R) and Rep. Beto O’Rourke (D) in their high-stakes Senate race will be held Tuesday night at 8 p.m. Central Time (9 p.m. Eastern) in San Antonio, Texas.
The debate comes days after O’Rourke announced a record-shattering fundraising haul, even as he continues to lag in the polls.
