Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden and Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) are set Wednesday afternoon to deliver remarks together in Wilmington, Del.
The joint appearance will mark the first time the pair has been together publicly since Biden announced Tuesday that he had selected Harris as his running mate.
The event is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. EDT.
