President-elect Joe Biden is set to deliver remarks Monday evening following his official Electoral College victory.
Electors across the country cast their votes on Monday, with California officially putting Biden over the 270 threshold.
Members of Congress are expected to certify the Electoral College vote on Jan. 6. Biden will be sworn in as the 46th president on Jan. 20.
Biden is expected to deliver remarks at 7:30 p.m.
