A House Republican appropriator is vowing a “full-fledged fight” if President Obama takes executive action on immigration reform.
“I do expect if the president is so heavy-handed as to do what he plans to do — I expect there will be a full-fledged fight,” Rep. John Carter (R-Texas) said in an interview with The Hill.
