President Obama on Thursday delivers remarks from the State Department at the Summit on Countering Violent Extremism.

{mosads}Obama spoke Wednesday at the summit, and said the U.S. is not at war with radical Islam. He added that members of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria aren’t religious leaders, but terrorists.
