Country singer goes from Waffle House to White House

A country music star is going from the Waffle House to the White House.

Jake Owen posted a video on Instagram on Wednesday showing him donning sunglasses as he stood just outside the steps of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

{mosads}“Yesterday I was at the Waffle House. Today, I’m at the White House,” the “Beachin’ ” singer, 33, said with a grin.

Owen is in Washington for a Wednesday night concert in nearby Columbia, Md.
