What’s next for ObamaCare lawsuit

The lead attorney for the House of Representatives, Jonathan Turley, on Thursday said it’s unclear when a D.C. District Court judge will rule on whether the House can sue administration officials in an ObamaCare case.

{mosads}Turley spoke to reporters briefly following a hearing during which he argued that the House has been “harmed” by the manner in which the Treasury Secretary Jack Lew and Health and Human Services Secretary Sylvia Mathews Burwell have implemented certain portions of ObamaCare.

“We will wait for the decision from Judge [Rosemary] Collyer on standing — the issue today is solely whether the House of Representatives can be heard in a federal court and solely whether a court can actually make a decision on the merits of this case,” Turley said.
