Supreme Court decision for gay marriage would be landmark, says attorney
A Supreme Court decision making gay marriage legal would be the “Brown v. Board of Education for gay rights,” says Kevin Russell, an attorney who watched oral arguments in the case the court is now decising.
Russell, a partner at Goldstein & Russell P.C,. compared the upcoming decision to the legal battle over desegregating education.
