GOP rep: Less than 50-50 chance of shutdown

House Republican leaders are working to avoid a government shutdown over funding for Planned Parenthood, according to a key conservative in the fight. 
 
{mosads}Rep. Mick Mulvaney (R-S.C.) is optimistic his party can come up with a solution before government funding runs out Oct. 1
 
Asked what the chances are of a shutdown, Mulvaney tells The Hill’s Molly K. Hooper: “Much less than 50. I think something will be worked out.”
