Controversial reporter returns to television
Investigative reporter Sharyl Attkisson is taking on a new TV challenge after leaving her two-decade long gig as a CBS news reporter.
Attkisson hosts a new show titled “Full Measure” set to debut this Sunday morning.
The show is backed by the Sinclair Broadcast Group and will air on the group’s local stations across the country.
“Full Measure” gets back to “the good old fashioned investigative reporting, watchdog reporting, accountability reporting looking at corporate malfeasance, tax fraud and abuse,” Attkisson said in an interview with The Hill at the show launch earlier this week.
Atkisson found herself in the headlines when she claimed the federal government had hacked her computer. She linked the allegations to stories she wrote critical of the Obama administration on the Benghazi, Libya attack.
