GOP conflicted over Trump plan
Republican lawmakers are conflicted about White House hopeful Donald Trump’s proposal to temporarily ban Muslims from the United States.
The Hill conducted an informal survey about the presidential candidate’s plan, gathering reactions from more than a dozen GOP legislators from different parts of the country.
{mosads}While some denounced the idea, others said Trump’s call has sparked an important discussion about how to prevent terrorist attacks on American soil.
