Dem: ‘No idea’ whether Mich. governor will testify

Rep. Xavier Becerra (D-Calif.) tells The Hill he has “no idea” whether Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder (R) will ever testify to Congress on the water crisis in Flint., Mich.

Snyder has rebuffed several requests to testify on the lead contamination in Flint’s water supply, a public health disaster that is now being investigated by several congressional committees.

{mosads}“Will he ever come? I have no idea. Will he be accountable? I have no idea,” said Becerra, the chairman of the House Democratic Caucus.
